Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of the products we offer, A Touch of Magick LLC does not accept returns under any circumstances.
We are pleased to offer exchanges within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date, provided that:
Exchanges may be made for merchandise of equal value or applied toward merchandise of greater value, with the customer paying any difference in price at the time of the exchange.
Items that have been altered, damaged, used, or otherwise determined by A Touch of Magick LLC to be ineligible for exchange may be refused.
Unless required by applicable law, all sales are final.
Gift Card Policy
Gift cards are available for purchase both in-store and online.
Gift cards may be redeemed toward eligible merchandise, psychic readings, classes, workshops, events, and other products or services offered by A Touch of Magick LLC unless otherwise stated.
Gift cards:
If the total purchase exceeds the available gift card balance, the remaining balance must be paid using another accepted payment method.
Any unused balance will remain available for future purchases.
A Touch of Magick LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of gift cards.
Digital gift cards and physical gift certificates may only be redeemed through their respective platforms unless otherwise specified.
Payment Policy
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed to in writing by A Touch of Magick LLC.
Accepted forms of payment include cash, major credit cards, debit cards, approved digital payment methods, and other payment methods accepted at the time of purchase. Personal checks are not accepted.
Certain appointments, classes, workshops, events, special orders, or other services may require full or partial payment in advance to reserve your space.
Orders, appointments, registrations, or reservations may be canceled if payment cannot be successfully processed.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their payment information remains current and accurate.
Card Purchases Over $200 (Identification Required)
To help protect our customers and reduce fraudulent transactions, A Touch of Magick LLC requires a valid government-issued photo identification for all credit or debit card purchases totaling more than $200.00.
The name on the identification presented must reasonably match the name associated with the payment method being used.
If valid identification cannot be provided, A Touch of Magick LLC reserves the right to decline or cancel the transaction.
This policy is intended solely as a fraud prevention measure and is applied consistently to qualifying transactions.
Psychic Reading Policy
Appointments may be scheduled online, by telephone, or in person, subject to reader availability.
Payment may be required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. Appointments are not guaranteed until payment has been received when required.
Walk-in appointments are welcomed based upon reader availability. Scheduled appointments receive priority.
Psychic readings are private sessions intended to provide personal insight and guidance. Information shared during your reading will be treated respectfully and confidentially by your reader.
Late Arrival Policy
Please arrive at least five (5) minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow sufficient time for check-in.
If you arrive late, your appointment will be shortened accordingly to ensure that subsequent appointments remain on schedule. Your reader will not extend your appointment beyond its originally scheduled end time.
For appointments scheduled near the end of the business day, A Touch of Magick LLC and our readers are unable to remain past closing hours to accommodate late arrivals.
If your arrival significantly limits the available reading time, we reserve the right to shorten or reschedule your appointment at our discretion.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Appointments canceled at least twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled appointment may be exchanged or rescheduled in accordance with our current policies.
Because of the nature of our services, refunds are generally not provided except where required by applicable law or approved by A Touch of Magick LLC due to extenuating circumstances.
Appointments canceled less than twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of payment. At our discretion, clients may be permitted one (1) opportunity to reschedule.
Rescheduling requests should be made as soon as possible and are subject to reader availability.
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice may be considered a no-show and may result in the forfeiture of payment.
Extra Person Policy
Psychic reading appointments are priced per individual receiving a reading.
If additional individuals wish to participate in the reading, an additional fee of $25.00 per person will be charged. This fee is non-negotiable.
Guests who are attending solely as observers and are not receiving a reading are not subject to the additional fee. However, clients acknowledge that the presence of additional individuals may influence the flow of the reading, and messages intended for one person may be received by another.
Readers reserve the right to limit the number of individuals present during any appointment.
Recording Policy
Audio or video recording of psychic readings is permitted only with the express consent of the individual reader.
Each reader has the right to decline any request to record a reading for any reason.
Unauthorized recording of any reading, class, workshop, event, or private session is prohibited.
Reader Conduct & Customer Conduct
A Touch of Magick LLC is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for everyone.
Our readers are expected to conduct themselves professionally, respectfully, and ethically during every appointment.
Likewise, clients are expected to treat readers, staff members, volunteers, and other guests with courtesy and respect.
Harassment, discrimination, threats, abusive language, intoxication, disruptive behavior, or any conduct that creates an unsafe or uncomfortable environment will not be tolerated.
A Touch of Magick LLC reserves the right to refuse or terminate any appointment without refund if inappropriate behavior occurs.
To ensure that appointments remain on schedule, staff members may occasionally need to conclude conversations following your reading. We appreciate your understanding, as this allows us to provide every client with the full time they have reserved.
Gratuities are never required but are always appreciated. Readers retain one hundred percent (100%) of any tips they receive.
Entertainment Disclaimer
Psychic readings, tarot readings, mediumship sessions, oracle readings, aura photography, Reiki sessions, and all other intuitive or metaphysical services offered by A Touch of Magick LLC are provided for personal insight, spiritual exploration, self-reflection, and entertainment purposes only.
Our readers do not diagnose medical conditions, provide legal advice, financial advice, mental health counseling, or any other licensed professional services.
Information received during a reading should never be used as a substitute for advice from qualified medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other licensed professionals.
All decisions and actions taken following a reading remain solely the responsibility of the client.
A Touch of Magick LLC and its readers make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, outcome, or future results of any reading or intuitive service.
Class Registration
Registration for classes may be completed online, by telephone, or in person, subject to availability.
Registration is not guaranteed until payment has been received, when payment is required.
Some classes may have age restrictions, prerequisite classes, or other participation requirements. Any such requirements will be clearly stated in the class description prior to registration.
Cancellation Policy
Class registrations canceled at least twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled class may be exchanged or transferred to another class with the same instructor, subject to availability.
Because of the nature of our classes and workshops, refunds are generally not provided except where required by applicable law or approved by A Touch of Magick LLC due to extenuating circumstances.
Cancellations made less than twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled class may result in the forfeiture of payment.
If A Touch of Magick LLC cancels a class, participants will be offered the option to transfer their registration to another class, receive store credit, or receive a refund, at our discretion.
Missed Classes
If you are unable to attend a class without providing the required notice, your registration fee may be forfeited.
A Touch of Magick LLC is not obligated to provide make-up classes, recordings, written materials, or alternative sessions for missed classes unless otherwise determined at our discretion.
Supplies
Unless otherwise stated in the class description, all required class materials and supplies are included with your registration.
If participants are expected to bring specific materials or supplies, those requirements will be clearly listed before registration.
Participants are responsible for the care of any tools, equipment, or materials provided during class.
Minimum Enrollment
Certain classes require a minimum number of registered participants.
If minimum enrollment is not met, A Touch of Magick LLC reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the class.
If a class is canceled due to insufficient enrollment, participants will be offered the option to transfer to another class, receive store credit, or receive a refund.
Instructor Changes
From time to time, circumstances may require a change of instructor.
A Touch of Magick LLC reserves the right to substitute instructors, modify class content, adjust schedules, or make other reasonable changes when necessary.
Such changes do not automatically qualify for a refund.
Alcohol Policy (Applicable Events Only)
Alcohol may be available only during specifically designated events hosted by A Touch of Magick LLC.
Participants choosing to consume alcohol must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older and may be required to present valid government-issued identification.
Alcohol is provided solely for responsible consumption.
Any participant who appears intoxicated, behaves in a disruptive or unsafe manner, or poses a risk to themselves or others may be refused service, removed from the event, or required to leave without refund.
For events where alcohol is served, participants are responsible for arranging safe transportation home. A Touch of Magick LLC reserves the right to require participants to acknowledge or sign additional event-specific waivers or agreements before participating.
Participant Conduct
To ensure an enjoyable learning environment, all participants are expected to treat instructors, staff, volunteers, guest speakers, and fellow participants with courtesy and respect.
Disruptive behavior, harassment, discrimination, threatening conduct, intoxication, or behavior that interferes with the learning experience may result in removal from the class without refund.
Photography & Recording
Photography and video recording during classes may be limited or prohibited depending on the instructor and subject matter.
Participants may not record classes, workshops, demonstrations, or instructional materials without the prior permission of both A Touch of Magick LLC and the instructor.
Accessibility
A Touch of Magick LLC is committed to providing an inclusive environment.
If you require reasonable accommodations to participate in a class or workshop, please contact us before your scheduled class so that we may discuss available accommodations.
Public Event Policy
Participation in A Touch of Magick LLC events is voluntary.
By attending any event, participants agree to follow all instructions provided by staff, event coordinators, volunteers, venue personnel, and security, where applicable.
Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully toward staff, vendors, readers, volunteers, performers, and fellow attendees at all times.
A Touch of Magick LLC reserves the right to refuse admission to or remove any individual whose behavior is disruptive, threatening, abusive, unlawful, intoxicated, or otherwise creates an unsafe or uncomfortable environment. Removal from an event under these circumstances will not entitle the participant to a refund unless otherwise required by law.
Certain events may have age restrictions or participation requirements, which will be clearly communicated prior to registration or attendance.
Psychic Faire Policy
Psychic Faires hosted by A Touch of Magick LLC feature independent readers, practitioners, vendors, and other participants.
Reading appointments may be available by advance reservation or on a walk-in basis, depending upon availability.
Appointment times are approximate. While every effort is made to maintain the published schedule, delays may occasionally occur.
Reader availability, vendor participation, demonstrations, activities, entertainment, food vendors, and event schedules are subject to change without prior notice.
A Touch of Magick LLC is not responsible for services or products provided independently by participating vendors unless expressly stated otherwise.
Vendor Policy
All vendors participating in events hosted by A Touch of Magick LLC must comply with all applicable vendor agreements, event rules, and local, state, and federal laws.
Vendors are responsible for obtaining any licenses, permits, insurance, or tax registrations required for their businesses.
Each vendor is solely responsible for the products and services they offer, including product quality, pricing, transactions, warranties, and customer service.
A Touch of Magick LLC reserves the right to deny, remove, or restrict vendor participation before or during any event for failure to comply with event policies or conduct expectations.
Photography & Video Policy
Photographs and video recordings may be taken during public events for promotional, educational, archival, or marketing purposes.
By attending a public event hosted by A Touch of Magick LLC, you grant permission for your likeness to appear in photographs, video recordings, livestreams, or other media captured during the event without compensation or further notice.
If you prefer not to appear in photographs or videos, please notify a member of our staff upon arrival. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee that you will not appear in background images or recordings taken in public areas.
Photography or video recording of individual psychic readings, classes, workshops, or private sessions is prohibited without the express permission of A Touch of Magick LLC and all participating individuals.
Pet Policy
A Touch of Magick LLC is proud to be a pet-friendly establishment.
Well-behaved pets are welcome while visiting our retail store and attending eligible public events.
For the comfort, safety, and health of all guests, pets are not permitted during psychic readings, classes, workshops, or other extended-duration services due to potential allergies, distractions, and limited space.
Service animals, as defined by applicable law, are welcome in all areas of the business at all times.
Owners are responsible for supervising and controlling their pets at all times and for cleaning up after them.
A Touch of Magick LLC reserves the right to ask that any animal displaying aggressive, disruptive, or unsafe behavior be removed from the premises.
Weather & Event Cancellation Policy
Certain events hosted by A Touch of Magick LLC are held outdoors and may be affected by weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
A Touch of Magick LLC reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, relocate, modify, or cancel any event due to severe weather, safety concerns, emergencies, low attendance, venue issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If an event requiring paid admission is canceled by A Touch of Magick LLC, attendees will be notified as soon as reasonably possible and will be provided with any available refund, transfer, or rescheduling options, as determined by A Touch of Magick LLC.
Unless otherwise stated, events will proceed during light rain or other minor weather conditions.
Participants are encouraged to monitor our website and official social media pages for event updates.

While we will make reasonable efforts to safeguard items turned in to our Lost & Found, A Touch of Magick LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
If you believe you have lost an item during your visit, please contact us as soon as possible.

All customers, guests, readers, instructors, vendors, volunteers, and employees are expected to contribute to a respectful, inclusive, and welcoming environment.

Harassment Policy
A Touch of Magick LLC has zero tolerance for harassment, discrimination, intimidation, threats, or abusive behavior.
Harassment based on race, color, religion, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic will not be tolerated.
Unwelcome physical contact, inappropriate comments, stalking, bullying, intimidation, sexual harassment, or threatening behavior toward customers, readers, instructors, vendors, volunteers, or staff is strictly prohibited.
Anyone engaging in such behavior may be removed from the premises immediately and may be permanently refused future services or admission to events. When appropriate, law enforcement may also be contacted.
Smoking & Vaping Policy
Smoking, vaping, and the use of electronic cigarettes are prohibited inside the building at all times.
Customers wishing to smoke or vape must do so only in designated outdoor areas, if permitted, while remaining a respectful distance from entrances, exits, windows, and other guests.
The use of illegal substances on the premises is strictly prohibited.
Individuals who appear to be impaired by drugs or alcohol or whose behavior creates a safety concern may be refused service or asked to leave the premises.
Please dispose of cigarettes, vaping products, and related waste responsibly.
